Dear CESSDA SaW Partners,

Please find below the first CESSDA SaW Newsletter. This newsletter is the opportunity for the coordination team to congratulate and thank the DANS Team (and all those who helped) for the successful organisation of the 1st CESSDA SaW Workshop in The Hague. We would also like to welcome the three new countries in the CESSDA SaW Consortium :

     – SOHDA from Belgium as a CESSDA Linked third party
     – Unidata SPA from Italy as a Beneficiary
     – RODA from Romania as a Beneficiary

FIRST REPORTING PERIOD – TIMELINE – WRITING & SUBMISSION

     As you know the project will soon reach the end of its first year (M1 – M12 – End of July 2016).

In line we have to produce a Periodic Report covering the first year of the project as well as all financial reports for all
participants. We have up to two months (60 Days) following the end of the first reporting period to submit all these
reports. Information and templates on scientific outputs for the periodic report will be communicated in the second half
of August. Below is the Timeline and the Procedure for all reporting :

31st of July 2016 – End of the 1st reporting period.
15th of August 2016 – Beginning of the work on Technical and Financial reports led by the Project Coordinator.
30th of August 2016 – All inputs needed should be provided to the Coordinator.
15th of September 2016 – Final version of the reports sent to the Coordinator – Start of the reviewing process.
25th of September 2016 – End of the reviewing process – Submission of all reports to the EC
31st of September 2016 – End of the 2 month delay to submit all scientific and financial reports.
11th of October 2016 – Project Review meeting in Brussels

REVIEW – BRUSSELS – 11/10/2016

     The Project Mid-Term Review will be held in Brussels on the 11th of October 2016. A rehearsal meeting will also be held
on the 10th of October. Below is the list of all participants.
